Major remodel of an existing ranch house and guest cottage in Los Angeles. We added a new living room to the front of the house, and restructured the existing roofing. We updated the exterior to clean, white board-and-batten siding for a welcoming feel, and completely remodeled the interiors for a fresh, modern look.
