Luxury ADU
Palo Alto – 2021
New detached ADU in Palo Alto. Our client wanted to build a comfortable ADU on a tightly constrained site. We optimized the allowable square footage of the structure to include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a sitting area. Additionally, we utilized the attic space for a full, built-in library. Detailed with custom picture-framed wainscot, marble tile in bathrooms and kitchen, and high end finishes throughout, give this ADU a feeling of a luxury hotel suite.
