Mid-Century Remodel
Menlo Park – 2021
Major remodel of an existing ranch house in Menlo Park. Our client wanted to increase the usable square footage of the house, without significantly changing its footprint. We reduced the size of an existing garage to expand the kitchen and dining room areas. To reduce the appearance of mechanical systems throughout the house, we utilized “mud and tape” style vents for a clean, minimalist look. Cream colors, wood windows and floors, brass accents, and wainscot detailing create a warm and inviting mid-century modern aesthetic.
