New beachfront house near Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Our recently-retired client wanted to build their dream home on the beach, with plenty of space to accommodate visiting family and friends. We designed a U-shaped structure around a private garden courtyard with steps leading to a roof-top terrace. The primary bedroom and the great room were designed to face the beach, with fully-retractable, floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The rear patio flows into a private beach with an infinity pool dropping down to the fire pit below. — Under Construction
