Major rebuild of a hillside ranch house in Los Angeles. Our client wanted to increase the size of the house, while fully utilizing the hillside slope of the site. We oriented the layout of the house to have the great room face the hillside views, with oversized bi-folding doors leading to the balcony. The kitchen and the wine room were designed for entertaining, with a large island, and bold custom cabinetry that matches the black appliances.
