Spanish style house rebuild in Los Altos. Our client wanted to tear down an existing house and build a new home on a fixed budget and before the start of a school year. We met our client’s needs and timeline by maintaining the existing foundations, which were in good condition, and building in the same footprint as the existing structure, with only a small addition.
