New construction of a traditional cottage in Los Altos Hills. Our client wanted to maximize the square footage of the house while preserving a beautiful yard with a winding creek flowing through it. We designed the house with a detached garage, allowing the footprint of the main structure to accommodate a gourmet kitchen, rumpus room, mudroom, and butlers pantry.
