Major remodel of an existing Burlingame home. We completely "re-skinned" the exterior, including new tri-color/texture siding, all new windows and doors, adjusted existing geometry, and installed new roofing with improved drainage. Completely remodeled kitchen and dining room to create a Great Room for large family gatherings. We also adapted the ground floor bedroom to be more universally accessible, and added an ADA compliant ramp for direct exterior access.
